Been there, done that. Sometimes despite our good intentions, life (college life…) is at a hectic high and needs to take priority over our desire to enjoy crafting. The problem might also have to do with our creativity being at an all time low. And you know what? That is okay.

5 Favorite Crafts to Try

Knitting. Sewing. Scrapbooking. Keychains. Latch hooking. All of these are wonderful crafts that I enjoy experimenting with on a regular basis. Some of have become my absolute favorite crafts that I have enjoyed more than others. Some of them I found are harder than others.

Today I will be rating on a scale of difficulty of 1 to 5 (5 being easiest, 1 being hardest) some of my favorite crafts I have attempted. There are a few easy ones as well as more difficult ones—hopefully this gives you a wide range of crafts to try in the future!

3 Cross Stitching Tips for Beginners

There are few moments more satisfying for a crafter than looking at a finished project and admiring your handiwork. For me with cross stitching, it is admiring the neat rows of stitches and the way those final infuriating back stitches really finish off the look. However, as I watch other people cross stitch and move further into more detailed work myself, I’m realizing that not everyone cross stitches the same way.

Crafting With a Busy Schedule
